Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy

We are happy to honor a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for any unworn or unaltered items. Start your return here and follow the instructions for a box-free, label-free return drop off – powered by our partners at Happy Returns.

There will be a $6.95 restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment. Any return for store credit is eligible for a $10 bonus upon return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer one free exchange per order. Through our returns partner, Happy Returns, you can exchange for an alternate color or size of your Nisolo item. Please visit our returns portal here. If you are looking to purchase an alternate style, we’d recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order online.

International Policy

We offer international returns via our returns partner, Happy Returns. Please note all international returns are subject to a $15 USD returns processing fee and original shipping fees, duties, & taxes are non-refundable. At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges. We would recommend setting up a return for store credit and placing a new order.
