About the Role
Nisolo is growing rapidly, selling products in multiple categories across multiple channels. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the inventory health and sales forecasts for our Wholesale & Marketplace partners, as well as our stores. Reporting to the Vice President of Planning, this role partners closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Omni and Stores teams to maximize sales and inventory efficiencies.

- You are a seasoned planner in fashion (footwear, apparel, and/or accessories) with demonstrated expertise in managing inventory for a high sku, multi-channel retail brand.
- Your work history includes improving inventory performance and health.
- You have process creation, improvement and systems implementation experiences.
- You are a benchmark communicator who tells compelling stories involving complex data sets, drawing out the insights to lead to informed decisions.
- Skilled at defining and measuring Planning and Inventory Key Performance Indicators.
- Experiences with retail operations (owned and wholesale), omni channels (FBA, other), and Stores channels.
- You thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and drive pre-season and inseason sales and inventory forecasts at the channel/partner/style/color that tie to the strategic growth initiatives of the channel
- Partner with Ecomm Planning manager to produce sales and inventory reporting and report out weekly on performance and present action plans
- Partner with Sr Dir, Planning for Open to Buy meetings and drive decision-making for area of responsibility. Adjust in-season forecasts
- Accountable for the inventory health of Wholesale/Marketplace/Stores. Sets targets for inventory levels, determines in-season replenishment, and monitors all inventory movements. Able to communicate inventory risks and opportunity to leadership, while having a deep understanding of underlying details
- Manage the maintenance of inventory ladders and projections for core styles at the style level and drive monthly reviews and buys with merchandising and production to ensure never-out-of-stock positions on all core items
- Recommend promotional events as needed to drive sales and manage seasonal inventory levels
- Partner closely with merchandising team to understand assortment strategies and support with any data and analysis needed to drive merchandising/ assortment decision making
- Build and improve comprehensive, yet easy to understand reporting and planning tools to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of planning division
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years minimum of Planning experience (inclusive of sized departments)
- Experience in wholesale/marketplace planning preferred
- Bachelors in Finance, Merchandising, Business Management or similar field.
- Preferably held positions with digitally native, high-growth, eCommerce-first retail brands
- Experience in allocations a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Willing to roll up sleeves; no job is too small attitude
This role reports into the Vice President, Planning
Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
